Colin R. Cave, MD, – Chair – Board Chair and Surgeon, Northwest Permanente, P.C. He is a past president of the Oregon Medical Association, and he graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in medical microbiology and earned his M.D. at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine.

Priscilla Lewis, RN, MBA, – Chair-Elect – Director for Community Services and Development for the Oregon region of Providence Health & Services. Lewis has 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, with positions ranging from general manager of a multi-state homecare organization to vice president for product development in a successful e-healthcare start-up. She previously served on the board of directors for Friendly House and the Wallace Medical Concern Board.

Douglas D. Morris, JD – Immediate Past Chair – Partner, Ater Wynne LLP. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities and general corporate representation of private and publicly held high technology and high growth companies.

Christopher F. Adamek, Practice Director, ACME Business Consulting, LLC, a Portland based management consulting firm. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Portland and a Master of Science from the University of Oregon, Lundquist College of Business. Chris has 15 years of consulting experience leading systems and process improvement initiatives in a variety of industries including high-tech, financial services and consumer products.

Shelley Barnes, MPHA, Family Consultant at Oregon Health Sciences University who works to provide support and resources to families who have children with a recent diagnosis of autism. Her grandson was diagnosed with autism a few years ago and was served by the Kerr Early Intervention Program. This fueled her interest in disabilities and the need for family support, education and treatment. Barnes was previously a nursing home administrator and holds a master’s of public health administration from Portland State University. She currently serves on the board for Acumentra Health.

Douglas C. Bogen, Area Manager of Eaton Corporation, a diversified industrial manufacturer, and he is responsible for the territories of Oregon and Southwest Washington. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and manufacturing engineering from Oregon State University. He is the Eaton area coordinator for Habitat for Humanity as well as being involved in a wide variety of volunteer activities through St. Pius X school and other area charities.

Mariel Combs, JD, Attorney with the United States Department of the Interior's Office of the Solicitor in the Pacific Northwest Region where she serves as legal counsel for the Bureau of Indian Affairs. She earned her bachelor's degree in biology at Lewis and Clark College and her JD at Lewis and Clark Law School.

Anthony Cracchiolo, President, U.S. Bank Equipment Finance Unit. He came to U.S. Bank in 2007 after a 29-year career with Citigroup, where he ran a series of leasing businesses. He graduated from City University of New York with degrees in management science, computer science and mathematics. He earned a master’s degree in computer science from New York Institute of Technology and is a graduate of the University of Michigan Executive Program.

Larry Davis, MBA, Senior Vice President and Senior Client Manager, Bank of America. He has 22 years of banking experience with Bank of America, and he recently transferred to Portland after successful tenures in the bank’s Seattle and Houston offices. He holds a bachelor’s in political science from Oregon State University and an MBA from Michigan State. Over the years, he has volunteered through the bank’s United Way efforts and with the Boys and Girls Club and Issaquah Parks and Recreation.

Angela Hult, Assistant Director of Strategic Communications at Regence. She has more than 15 years of regional and global experience in communications, including positions at PacifiCorp, Columbia Sportswear and First Interstate Bank (now Wells Fargo). She serves on the National Board of Directors for the Coastal Conservation Association and has previously served on the Board of Directors for both Children First for Oregon and the Oregon Wildlife Heritage Foundation.

Celia Murphey, Community Volunteer. She is a Portland native who graduated from the University of Oregon and later earned her master’s degree in vocational rehabilitation from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She worked as rehabilitation counselor with injured workers, account executive, human resources generalist and manager in the insurance industry for 20 years. Murphey is a full-time mom to three children, one of whom was born with Down syndrome. This has driven Murphey’s interest in promoting awareness of the special needs community, including early intervention and the need for safe housing in a dignified, independent setting.

David Reinhart, Managing Principal at CresaPartners, an international corporate real estate advising firm. He has 10 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in corporate clients with complex real estate needs. Reinhart also spent time as a Congressional aide, including time on the Appropriations Committee negotiating federal budgets. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration at Oregon State University.

Margaret S. Rowland, MD, Chief Medical Officer for CareOregon, a nonprofit organization committed to improving and protecting the health of low income and vulnerable Oregonians. She was previously the medical director for both Providence Health Plans and PacifiCare of Oregon. She earned her M.D. at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio. Rowland is also a volunteer at the Essential Health Clinic in Washington County, and she has served on the Parents Association Board of Directors at Bucknell University.

Rich Smith, JD, Vice President of Human Resources for Kaiser Permanente, Northwest Region. His human resources career has spanned more than 20 years at companies such as Pfizer and Mobil where he has gained expertise in strategic planning, talent management, performance management, labor relations and organizational effectiveness. Smith holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in business from the University of Oklahoma, and he earned his JD at Quinnipiac College School of Law in Connecticut.
David Streicher, JD, CPA, Black Helterline, LLP. His practice focuses on taxation, general business and estate planning. He graduated the University of Oregon School of Law and has practiced as an attorney for 21 years.

Serilda Summers, Assistant Dean of Residence Life at Reed College. She has also served as the Resident Director of Residence Life and the Program Director of the Multicultural Center at Reed College. She holds a bachelor's degree in behavioral science from Grand Valley State University and a master's degree in student affair administration in higher education from Ball State University. She is currently working on a master of business administration at Willamette University.

Jerry Baysinger, – Chair –Co-founder and President of Baysinger Partners Architecture, PC. He specializes in planning and design for retail, mixed-use, multi-family and restaurant projects throughout the United States. He is a member and past director of the American Institute of Architects, Portland Chapter. He is also involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers, is past president of the Portland Pearl Rotary Club, and is a long-time member of the Mt. Hood Ski Patrol.

Keith Meyers, CPA, –Secretary-Treasurer –Principal, Perkins & Co. He has more than 20 years’ experience in public accounting and holds AICPA certifications in business valuation and financial planning. He specializes in providing business advice to closely-held business owners with an emphasis on tax minimization and long range planning. Before joining Perkins & Company he was a partner in the accounting firm of Edwards & Meyers. He graduated Portland State University and is past chair of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He holds a degree in business administration from Portland State University and is a graduate of the Northwest Banking School. He been involved with the Portland Metropolitan Rotary Club, PSU Foundation, Clackamas County YMCA and Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce.

Keren Brown Wilson, PhD, President, Jessie F. Richardson Foundation, a charitable operating foundation in Oregon. She is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Institute of Aging at Portland State University, where she developed the university’s first “International Health and Aging” service learning project. In 2005, she received the Maxwell Pollack Award from the Gerontological Society of America for her contributions to the field of aging, specifically for her work in assisted living and long-term care for older and disabled adults.

Christopher J. Krenk, MSW, Albertina Kerr Centers President & CEO since 1990. He is an accomplished social, mental health and developmental disabilities services executive with 34 years’ experience in the field. Prior to joining Kerr, he was director of program services at The Christie School and CEO of CPC Hills Psychiatric Hospital, both in Portland. He graduated the University of Oregon with a BS in philosophy and earned his MSW from the University of Washington in Seattle.

She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Linfield College and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. She is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Portland.

David Manougian, General Manager, Comcast SportsNet Northwest. Previously he was the CEO of the Golf Channel where he was responsible for the network’s marketing and sales, programming, production and new media. He also began a youth golf event—the Mutual of Omaha Drive, Chip & Putt Junior Challenge—to foster community outreach and help grow the game. Manougian is a native of Portland, and he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management at Portland State University.

Ernie Oliver, Retired, Ernie spent the majority of his career in the commercial banking sector. He is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. He was previously the CEO of a title company in Lane County and has been involved in various real estate ventures. He is the Chair-Elect of The Old Kerr Nursery Association Leadership Committee.

Traci Richardson, Director of Service, Corporate Sales and Service, Portland Trail Blazers. A native Oregonian, Traci began her volunteer career with Kerr in high school and re-joined 30 years later as a member of the governing board. She joined the Foundation board in 2005. Traci is also the chair of Spotlight on Kerr, the agency’s annual gala fundraiser.
