Christopher J. Krenk, MSW - President and CEO of Albertina Kerr Centers
Chris has served as Albertina Kerr Centers’ President and CEO for the past 18 years and has been a recognized leader in guiding mental health and developmental disabilities programs for more than 30 years. He started his social work career in Eugene, working as a residential counselor in a group home. He later moved into a supervisory position but left to pursue his Master of Social Work at the University of Washington. Prior to coming to Kerr, Chris spent five years as the CEO of the Cedar Hills Psychiatric Hospital and previously worked at the Christie School as the director of program services.

Chris is the current president of the Foster Family Care Network, member of Portland Pearl Rotary, board member with CareOregon, a past president of the Oregon Alliance of Children’s Programs and a past member of the Governor’s Task Force to Evaluate Oregon State Hospital Abuse Prevention and Reporting Procedures.


Gina Brimner, LCSW, Vice President of Youth and Family Services
Gina has more than 15 years of post-graduate experience providing, managing and supervising social services and mental health programs in Washington and Alaska. She supervised the Adolescent and Intensive Services Unit in the Washington Department of Social and Health Services. Other previous positions include administrator of the Alaska Youth Initiative and clinical director of the Juneau Alliance for Mental Health, Inc., a community mental health center that provided services to individuals with severe mental illness and emotional disturbances. She joined Kerr in 2006 as the Systems of Care Director and now leads the organization, management, maintenance, conduct and day-to-day operation of Kerr’s Youth and Family Services as Vice President.


Jeanne Farr, MA, Senior Vice President of Developmental Disabilities Services
Jeanne is a recognized leader in the disability services field in Oregon. For more than 30 years, she has worked in nonprofit organizations, serving people with developmental disabilities. She is recognized throughout the state for her skill in fostering collaboration and for her legislative advocacy on behalf of people with disabilities. Jeanne has a graduate degree in Intercultural Relations from the University of Pacific and has been with Kerr since 1993. As Senior Vice President of Developmental Disabilities Services, she has the responsibility for the 24-hour oversight of a wide array of services for more than 200 people with developmental disabilities across a five-county area. Jeanne is the Legislative Chair of the Board of Directors of the Oregon Rehabilitation Association and is member of the Oregon Developmental Disabilities Coalition.



Ron Foster, Vice President of Facilities
Ron has over 30 years of experience and excellent abilities in dealing with all parties related to real estate matters and project management. Ron joined Kerr in 2000 and has served as a consultant for many other non-profits in the region. He has built commercial office buildings and retail branch banking facilities in large and small towns throughout six western states. Ron has dealt with new construction and the remodeling of historic buildings. He also has vast experience in dealing with various governmental agencies and remediation projects including ADA, EPA, DEQ and urban renewal.



Jerry Hoffert, MBA, Chief Financial Officer
Jerry was appointed Controller of Kerr in 2005 and promoted to CFO in 2007. He had previously worked in the Kerr finance department for eight years, beginning as a staff accountant and leaving in the position of Accounting Operations Director. He then worked for a year as the Assistant Controller at Morrison Child and Family Services. Jerry earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Linfield College and his MBA from George Fox University.





Jodi Lippert, CFRE, Vice President and Chief Development Officer
Jodi is responsible for Kerr’s fundraising, marketing/public relations and volunteer efforts. She brings 18 years of experience working with social service, arts, health and youth non-profit organizations to advance their development efforts. Prior to joining Kerr in 2004, she worked for three years as the Director of Development for Ballet West in Salt Lake City, where she directed a $12 million capital campaign. A native of Minnesota, Jodi is a graduate of the University of Oregon and earned the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) from the Association of Fund Raising Professionals.


Craig Rusch, Vice President of Information Technology
For the past 17 years, Craig has been addressing the technology needs of for-profit companies and nonprofit agencies. Craig began work as a programmer and then manager for Andersen Consulting, working for telecommunication clients such as Bell Atlantic. Upon relocation to the West coast, Craig managed the implementation of one of the earliest forms of Movies on Demand for Tele-TV, a joint venture between Bell Atlantic, Pacific Bell and Nynex. After moving to Portland, Craig was the VP of Technology at two startup ventures, Active Arts and Pointsbeyond.com before leading Nike’s Business-to-Business Internet strategy group –a project which has resulted in over $1 billion in sales via the Internet.

Since 2002, Craig has been changing the way technology is employed at Albertina Kerr Centers. Without increasing costs, Kerr now supports over 450 computers (as apposed to 200 just a few years ago), communicates via a Voice Over IP telephone system that saves the agency $50,000 a year, maintains client data in a sophisticated web-based database, and manages donor information in Raiser’s Edge, the leading donor management system.


Susan Stanley, Vice President of Human Resources
Susan has spent more than 25 years in human resources with extensive experience in development and implementation of benefits, compensation, national recruiting, employee relations, performance evaluation, training and safety programs. Prior to joining Kerr in 2000, she was the vice president of human resources for Marketing One, Inc. She is a member of the Portland Human Resource Management Association and served as a member of the Oregon Commission for the Blind Advisory Board. Susan attended Marylhurst College and Clackamas Community College.
