| Responsible to triage and ensure placement of referrals for all Albertina Kerr Centers’ programs including residential, foster care, group home, and outpatient services. Areas of responsibility may include client admission, coordination of care and transitions of care, community referral development, liaison with county or state referral sources and coordination of pre-authorization processes to assure a comprehensive ability to collect for services rendered. | Assistant Director - Community Based Services |
| The Assistant Director oversees all operations of the Community Based Services programs, including our Intensive Community Based Treatment, Community Outpatient, and Treatment Foster Care programs. The Assistant Director supervises and manages Clinical Supervisors; ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and Oregon Administrative Rules; works to maintain census and meet budget expectations; and maintains child, family and staff safety and therapeutic quality. The successful candidate will have a clinical master's degree in social work, counseling psychology, child and family therapy, art therapy, or a closely related clinical discipline; have two years' supervisory experience working in a mental health delivery setting, preferably in a Joint Commission accredited program; have the ability to relate effectively with clients and families and respond to crisis situations; and be able to meet agency driving requirements. We strongly prefer the successful candidate hold LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure.
