Decadent Dinner, Entertainment and Live Auction
First course: Italian-cured meats, grilled vegetables with peppers, asparagus, roma tomatoes and mushrooms
Entree: Chianti braised boneless short ribs with fresh tomatoes, wild mushrooms and baby carrots. Served with oregano and ricotta polenta cake
Vegetarian Entree: Stacked polenta and spinach napoleon tower
Dessert: An assortment of Italian treats
