Wraparound Oregon

Albertina Kerr Centers is the sponsor of Wraparound Oregon, a program that focuses on high-risk youth who have been involved in multiple systems, including child welfare, juvenile justice and social services.

Children and youth who have complex mental health needs currently receive costly, fragmented care, leaving families frustrated and disappointed. To improve the quality of life for these young people and their families, Wraparound Oregon seeks change in the management of child welfare, education, mental health, and juvenile justice to allow agencies to share governance and resources. Enhanced coordination will offer the flexibility to create innovative, child-specific interventions to help children and families in their own communities.
