Community Inclusion
Community Inclusion Services offers both employment and alternatives to employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities.

Through our Employment Services, we offer people the opportunity to participate in renumerative and meaningful work. Jobs are developed on the basis of each person's skill level, and interests. For many, this is their first opportunity to explore the world of work. People are able to experience the sense of worth and accomplishment we gain from sharing our talents with others, from developing new social relationships, and from earning and income.

Within the Alternatives to Employment Services, we offer options for people who do not wish to be employed, who are waiting for jobs to be developed to meet their needs, or whose experiential base is so limited that they are unfamiliar with the range of employment options. This gives people an opportunity to explore different job options, hobbies, develop interests, take classes, do volunteer work, or just get out and experience aspects of their community not available to them earlier in their lives. For many the opportunity to interact with and explore their community and to develop friendships outside of their residential program is a new and exhilarating experience.
