Volunteer
When it comes to volunteering, many people wonder if the small amount of energy and time they put in to an activity will truly make a difference. Others may second-guess their ability to provide any assistance at all. If you've ever spent ten minutes visiting with a lonely person, you know that even that small amount of compassion and attention can make a world of difference.

The children and adults served by Kerr are overcoming huge challenges every day. One of the biggest challenges can be loneliness. You don’t need any special skills to be a friend. No one person can solve the world's problems, but a little bit can go a long way to make both your own and maybe someone else’s life happier and healthier.
